1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NAZ SOLUTION LLC website and the business technology services we provide, including POS software solutions, supported hardware, integrations, support and recurring billing arrangements ("Services").
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or ordering Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
3. Description of Services
NAZ SOLUTION LLC provides business technology solutions for commercial customers. The specific Services, scope, fees and schedule for each customer are set out in a written quote, order or service agreement ("Agreement"). Where these Terms and an Agreement conflict, the Agreement controls.
4. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to order Services.
5. Accounts and Service Access
Where Services include user accounts, you are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, for activity under your accounts and for promptly notifying us of unauthorized access.
6. Orders and Service Requests
Requests submitted through this website are inquiries, not binding orders. An order becomes binding only when both parties accept a written quote or Agreement.
7. Pricing and Billing
Fees are stated in your quote or Agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude applicable taxes. We may update pricing for future terms with reasonable advance notice.
8. Recurring Services
Subscription, support and other ongoing Services renew and are billed on the schedule stated in your Agreement until cancelled in accordance with its terms.
9. ACH / Electronic Payment Authorization
Where you choose recurring ACH billing, you authorize payments through an approved third-party payment provider's hosted authorization flow. We do not collect bank account credentials on this website. Additional terms appear in our ACH Billing Terms.
10. Cancellation
You may cancel recurring Services as described in your Agreement and our Refund / Cancellation Policy. Cancellation stops future billing but does not relieve amounts already due.
11. Refunds
Refunds, where available, are governed by our Refund / Cancellation Policy and your Agreement.
12. Hardware Orders and Returns
Hardware is subject to availability and to the manufacturer's warranty terms. Return eligibility, timelines and any applicable fees are stated in our Refund / Cancellation Policy and your hardware quote.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website or Services, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with operation, transmitting malicious code or using the Services for unlawful purposes.
14. Intellectual Property
The website content, design and NAZ SOLUTION LLC branding are owned by NAZ SOLUTION LLC or its licensors. Third-party software is licensed under its own terms. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
15. Third-Party Services
Some Services rely on third parties such as software vendors, hardware manufacturers and payment providers. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond our obligations in the Agreement.
16. Customer Content
You retain ownership of the business data you provide. You grant us the limited rights necessary to deliver and support the Services.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
18. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in an Agreement, the website and Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Website visuals are illustrative and may not reflect your specific configuration.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant Services in the twelve months before the claim, unless your Agreement states otherwise.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
21. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Material changes affecting active customers will be communicated in advance where practical.
22. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach or misuse, as permitted by your Agreement and applicable law.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your Agreement specifies otherwise. [Confirm jurisdiction with counsel.]
